Independent study conducted jointly by Surrey and Sussex Police forces and HypoSolutions Ltd. The effectiveness of the currently used DNA degradation solution was compared with Hypo Protect Forensic. Not only does Hypo Protect Forensic effectively denature DNA, it also out performed the product used currently by Forensic Laboratories. For full details of the results from this study, see below.
